• Role of Parents/Guardians

  • Parents are a valuable and often indispensable source of help to the Junior Sub committee

  • Their roles could include the provision of transport for matches providing support on junior club night,

  • Whilst they should support they should never push their children beyond the children’s own desire to succeed.

  • Junior Subscriptions Golf Fees/Insurance Cover

  • The fees for 2019 for juniors aged 11-18 this year will be £65 whilst juniors age 10 and under will pay a nominal fee of £15.

  • An additional levy of £30 membership fee is required in addition to the junior subscriptions however this £30 levy is fully redeemable against food, drinks in the club house and or to purchase goods from the golf shop.

  • Golf Fees are due on the 1st of March of the calendar year and are payable at the proshop during normal office hours.

  • On receipt of payment of fees the junior member will be registered on the club computer and will receive a membership badge which should be attached to the golf club

  • On payment of the annual subscriptions you will have the option of accepting or removing your consent to Mond valley contacting you by phone ,email or text details can be changed or removed at any times.

  • On becoming members of the Junior Section we hope you will support and take part within the section attending junior club night and participating in Junior Competitions and functions

  • Help to create and maintain an environment free from fear and harassment

  • Respect other golfers, being polite and courteous at all times -treat everyone as you would like to be treated yourself

  • Demonstrate fair play and honesty applying golf standards both on and off the course

  • Look out for your own safety and that of others

  • Tell someone if you are leaving the course

  • Speak out if you consider you or others have been poorly treated

  • Take care of the course -repair divots, and pitch marks, rake bunkers and never pull trolleys over tees and greens.

Mobile phones should be switched to silent you should store the number of the pro-shop and the bar in your mobile phone ( 01792 842929) and keep it with you in case of emergency

If you or someone is ill and in need of help or you feel threatened phone the club house tell them who you are, where you are and what the problem is. Try and attract the attention of other golfers nearby

Check that you will not hit anyone with a golf club when you swing or the ball will not hit anyone as it flies down the fairway .

Do not allow anyone to stand in front of you when you hit the ball
